‘Turkey has the most attractive real estate market’

Turkey has the most attractive real estate market in Europe, said the Property Guide.

According to the Property Guide, the Turkish economy has grown thanks to many reforms by the government and as such the real estate market boomed.

«With the new mortgage laws, interest rates in property loans dropped and investment in real estate has become very profitable in Turkey,» said the Property Guide.

The City of Istanbul and other cities on the coast attract most foreign buyers of real estate.

Some of the reasons foreigners buy property in Turkey are the stable economy, completion of touristic infrastructure and widely developed transportation system.

Real estate experts say that prices in Turkey resemble those in Spain 10 years ago.
